1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Gymrilla, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the United States. If you do not agree, you must not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, product names, graphics, designs, and website content are the exclusive property of Gymrilla and protected under U.S. intellectual property law. No content may be copied, reproduced, resold, or used without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Orders, Fulfillment & Shipping

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Delivery times may vary and are estimates only. By purchasing, you acknowledge potential production and shipping delays. Gymrilla is not responsible for delays outside our control, including supply chain or carrier disruptions.

4. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Every Gymrilla item is made to order. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If a size does not fit, we offer one free size exchange per order (same product and color, different size) requested within 30 days of delivery through our exchange request form; the exchange is a replacement, not a refund, and exchanged items are final. Refunds or replacements for defective, misprinted, damaged or incorrect items must be requested at support@gymrilla.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. 5. Payments & Chargebacks

By placing an order, you authorize Gymrilla to process your payment. Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks with their bank or card issuer before first contacting Gymrilla to resolve any disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered fraud and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gymrilla disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of profits arising from use of our products or website. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States. Any dispute shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. By using our site, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts. Gymrilla reserves the right to require binding arbitration, in its sole discretion, to resolve disputes privately.

8. Changes to Terms

Gymrilla reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
