3. Orders, Fulfillment & Shipping

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Delivery times may vary and are estimates only. By purchasing, you acknowledge potential production and shipping delays. Gymrilla is not responsible for delays outside our control, including supply chain or carrier disruptions.

4. Returns & Refunds

Gymrilla does not accept returns or refunds due to size, fit, or change of mind. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items that are defective, misprinted, or damaged upon delivery. To request a replacement, you must notify us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with clear photographic evidence. Any claims after this period will not be honored.

5. Payments & Chargebacks

By placing an order, you authorize Gymrilla to process your payment. Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks with their bank or card issuer before first contacting Gymrilla to resolve any disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered fraud and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gymrilla disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of profits arising from use of our products or website. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States. Any dispute shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. By using our site, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts. Gymrilla reserves the right to require binding arbitration, in its sole discretion, to resolve disputes privately.
